If you would like a custom order please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Where is my order?

I offer a tracked postage option on all orders. If you choose standard shipping I'm afraid that a tracking number is not available. I am based in the United Kingdom. International orders can take several weeks to reach their destination, especially during busy periods. Customs can also slow down your order.
I have found that it can take up to six weeks for International Standard postage to reach Canada.
